Eenling Legacy

Since I wanted a little break from SimsVille, I started the Eenling Legacy. This doesn't mean I will stop with SimsVille, this just means I will take a small break, and after that break, I will shift my time between both of them.
Soon I will be getting The Sims 3, and I will be shifting time some more, but knowing myself, that is something I need to keep interest in everything.
I hope you will enjoy the Eenling Legacy as much as I love playing them!

The Roque Family - Hammie Apartments - Day 1-5

Gunnar Roque - Adult - 24 years old - Romance - Hall of Famer
Frieda Dekkers - Adult - 22 years old - Popularity - General

Frieda: After graduation, Gunnar and I went looking for an apartment to rent. We didn't want to work immidiatly, but just start our music café business. Since the café is only open at night, our days were filled with just doing nothing!
In the middle of the day, we took a nap, and wake up just in time to go to the café, to open it.
Although the café brings in some money, enough for us to live from, I thought it was time for us to get a job. I don't want to live here forever, and the café doesn't bring in enought money to buy us a new house.
But like I said, the café is doing good. We renamed it to "Gunnar's karaoke café". Gunnar is out every night, to get customers in, and I'm behind the bar, serving them drinks.
In our jobs we are doing fine too, we both have gotten promotions allready. And with the money I tried making the apartment a little more cosy. But it's so small, so I can't put anything down without it being in the way!
Halfway through the week, we found a mystirious lamp outside of our apartmentdoor. When Gunnar rubbed it, a strange ghost appeared, he granted Gunnar 3 wishes. Gunnar wished for wealth, and all of a sudden bags with money came falling from the sky! We've gotten a nice amount, and Gunnar got rid of the lamp.
Since Gunnar and I are at different levels in our jobs, I have to go to work when Gunnar stay at home, at the end of one of those days, Gunnar surprised me with tickets to Three Lakes, we are going for 3 days and we will be staying on a camping!
I know Gunnar isn't a family-sim and neither am I, but we both thought it was time to start a family; both our jobs are going fine and the café is doing well too, we are allready at level 4, and with the money from the ghost, we almost have enough money to buy our own house! I just wished I would get Gunnar to marry me and give a huge party!

The Penninkemeijer Family - Penninkmeijer Residence - Day 1-5

Frederik Penninkmeijer - Adult - 30 years old - Fortune - Business Tycoon
Bianca Draajing - Adult - 22 years old - Family - Marry off 6 Children

Bianca: We finaninlly got married! Fredrik and I are married, now I'm Mrs Penninkmeijer! I think it sounds fancy, but when you look at the house, you can't see anything fancy! It's a dump! And we don't have the money to make it any prettier, or more comfortable.
And since Frederik is really old-fashoined, he doesn't want me to work, not that I mind, I love taking care of the house, but now we are completely depending on what Frederik brings in.
I want to have lots of kids, and Frederik doesn't mind, because he wants an heir to carry on his name.
Soon I found out I was pregnant, before I was even showing, so I started studying on how to take care of babies.
By the time I went into labour, I knew everything there is to know about childcare.
Soon we were able to hold little Catherine in our arms. Frederik was thrilled about the birth of our daughter, but like I said before, he is old-fashioned, and he wants a boy to carry on his name.
For then on my days were filled with taking care of Catherine during the day, and spending time with Frederik at night. Since he had some promotion, we were able to lay wooden floors downstairs and upstairs, and even put up some decent wall-coverings. We even put in nice, fancy stairs. The next thing I want to do is the doors and windows, but that will take some time.
I think we will be having more children firts, and decorate their rooms before we do the doors and windows, but a sim is allowed to dream, isn't it?

The Zanobi Family - Hammie Apartments - Day 1-5

Stephan Zanobi - Adult - 40 years old - Family - Captain Hero
Virginie Zanobi - Adult - 37 years old - Fortune - Earn §100.000
Lucas Zanobi - Child - 10 years old
Dimitir Zanobi - Child - 7 years old

Virginie: Stephan always wanted to move away from the big city, to open his restaurant somewhere. And since I had nothing left in the city ever since I got fired, I thought we could give it a go. So we moved to SimsVille.
We only had enough money to buy a restaurant or a house. So we had to choose. Since we could also rent an apartment, we desided to buy the restaurent, and named it "Zanobi's". We went to check it out the first day, but didn't open it yet.
Back at home, it was time for our oldest 11th birthday. I can't believe he's 11 allready! Stephan realy wants another child, preferably a girl. But I just think, that 2 boys, one already a teen and the other almost a teen, is more than enough. By the way, there is no guarantee that the next one will be a girl anyway.
From then on, everything went its way. The boys went to school everyday, and when they were away Stephan and I got up, had some breakfast and were off to the restaurant untill late.
In the restaurant, I'm responsible for greeting the costumers and guiding them to their table. Stehpan is the chef. We hired someone to help with the service. She's a nice girl and does her job really well, but by the end of the week we had to let her go. Unfortunatly the restaurant doesn't brung in as much as we hoped for.
Late at night we see the boys, an are able to talk to them a little bit. They tell us about their day. I was a little bit shocked when Lucas told us he went to the parc, all by himself, and that he met a girl and some other teens. It's not that the parc is far away, it's just across the street, and meeting other teens I don't mind at all, but it's the girl I wasn't too sure about, I just think he's too young!
A lot of time to think about that, I didn't get, because it was soon time to celebrate Dimitri's 11th birthday. Since we had to let our employee go, the boys will help with the service in the restaurant.
Although we the restaurant doesn't make as much money as we wanted, we were able to save a little bit, and we are going to let our portrait painted. Our neighbor is a painter, and has her own shop, and she's willing to do this for a small price.
On Friday the restaurant is closed. So we were able to stay at home and relax a little bit. Unfortunatle for Lucas this also meant we were ate home when his teacher called to say that Lucas hasn't done his homework in days! So when he got home Stephan immidiatly sent him to do his homework.
On Saturday the boys will go to the restaurant with us to help, so we'll see how that will turn out.

The Rai Family - Hammie Apartments - day 1-5

Ella Rai - Adult - 22 years old - Popularity - Become General

Ella: Since gradutation I have been feeling so lonely. My roommates from college, Frieda and Gunnar, have moved in together, and I rent an apartment on my own.
Because I didn't want to feel so alone anymore, I went down to the Town Square and treated myself to some jewelry, played some pool, and met some intersesting sims, wich can't be bad when I'm opening my own business.
At the Town Square I also met Berend, and I really like him. So the next day I invited him over. We had a great time. He's great to talk to, and I'm always having fun with him.
Soon after his first visit he moved in. We kind of want the same things in life, and yet we are diferent. Neither of us really have the want to get married or have kids. He doens't mind parties, and I love them.
Berend moving in, didn't do much about my loneliness. He had a great job, so he was out a lot, but I still had him after hours. And since I want to open an art-shop with hand-crafted things, it was also time for me to start crafting, so that also filled my days.
Although Berend had a really good job, he wanted something diferent. So he soon gave up his job, to look for another one, and luckily for him he found one soon. I'm not much about money, but we need it to pay the bills, and with only one of us working and the shop not open yet, and me needing money for crafting, we couldn't afford for him to stay unemployed for a long time.
Finally I was able to open my shop. I crafted enough vases and stuff, and put up some nice little paintings for customers to buy. It was great! I really love it! I even earned 1 star already! Customers really seem to like my artwork. I wonder how they will like my hand-painted paintings, once I start selling those (when I start painting them one day).

Starting SimsVille

This is how the hood looks at the beginning of round 1. SimsVille starts with 9 families, this are 24 sims in total.

Rai

Ella Rai, is 22. She studiet arts at SVU (SimsVille University), and is planning to do something with it in the rest of her life. She moved in to a 1-bedroom apartment and bought a community lot; "Rai Arts"

Zanobi

Stephan is 40, Virginie is 37, Lucas (right) is 10 and Dimitri (left) is 8. Stephan always had the dream of opening his own restaurant. Since he and Virginie share the same passion for cooking, they desided to move to SimsVille to open their restaurant; "Zanobi's". They temporary rent a small apartment, but they are sure that their restaurant will soon bring in ebough money to buy their own place.

Penninkmeijer

Frederik is 30 and graduated in Economics, and Bianca is 22 and graduated in psychology. Frederik is the heir of the poor branch of the Penninkmeijer family. When he finally inherrited something, he immidiatly packed his things and moved to SimsVille, with his fiance, to claim is herritage. Little did he know that his herritage was nothing but a dump.

Roque

Gunnar is 24 and Frieda is 22. They both graduated in history. Since music was always more Gunnars thing, he took out a loan and bought a community lot, to dedicate to his passion; "Gunnars' Music Café"

Gradonni

Kürt is 25 and Debby is 18. Allthough there is an age-difference between them, this never stopped Debby from following her big love where-ever he wanted to go. So when he desided to start his own form in a foreign town, she followed.

Mishoen

Gruns is 64, Lin-Mei is 60 and Fen is 23. Gruns allwas had his of fitness-center. But when the building he rented was sold, and he couldn't stay, he packed his things to open a fitness-center somewhere else. His youngest daughter, Fen, loves fitness as much as her father does and will help him in their business; "Mishoen Fitness Center"

Mishoen

Marc is 32, Nuan is 28 and Tika is 1. Next to her parents lives Nuan, she the oldest daughter of Gruns and Lin-Mei. In contrast to her sister and father, she's not into fitness at all. Instead she allways wanted her own beautysalon, wich she opened in SimsVille; "Mishoen Hair". She hopes to expand it soon and give massages as well.

Young

Louis is 62, Johnny is 37 and Mairi is 15. Louis and Johnny both had some losses in their lives. They both lost their wifes. When Johnny lost his dear wife, and mother of their daughter, his father moved in with him to help him take care of Mairi. Because the old town had to much memories for both man, they moved away to start a new life.

Draper

Jonas is 66, Eve is 64, Jason is 8 and Mia is 5. After the dead of their only daughter, Eve and Jonas took their grandchildren in; Mia was only 3 then and Jason only 6. They moved to SimsVille to give their grandchildren an education outside of the city.

Goodbye for now!

Well, my stupid computer crashed again, this time there was no fixing. So I had to buy a new one. After installing everything from Sims (every expansion and stuff pack), I was able to move everything from my old computer on to my new one. But something is wrong with my game, so I will be starting all over again, and I really hope this is the last time!
I will miss some of the families from the current SimsVille, but there will be changes in the new one, wich the current families can not follow. (more of this will be explained in another post).

SimsVille will be gone for a little while, but will be back (soon I hope). So stay tuned for more, soon!
