It seemed like the fire department is always recruiting new guys, and if I was interested I should aply, but I had to be aware that this wasn't a game, and that there were real lifes at stake!
It surprised me that mom and dad haven't asked about getting any more grandchildren yet, but I think they have quite a lot going on at the moment; they already have 7 granchildren, and Laura is getting married.
I was pretty happy they let it rest when dinner was served. I'm already married, I don't want to go through all the planning again, especially since it's not my wedding we're planning!
- I really did find them a house I actually see them living in! It's one I've build myself a really long time ago. It still has only 2 bedrooms, but I'm looking to building them an extra room so they can have one more kid.
- I'm still not sure about them having another kid, neither has rolled the want yet, and I still like the idea of Eli being an only child, but I like to keep their options open.
- Jack lost his job due to a chance card. So I looked for another job using Apple Valley's and Carla's system (my combined list of the 2 is here), and firefighter came out as one of the options. I didn't think Jo would be too happy about her husband choosing such a risky job, but that she would still support him anyway.
Finn (the guy Jack is talking with) is one of the borther of the Collins family, who are one of my playable NPC's.
- This is the second time you see a glimpse of Toy Soldier. It's a new toy store that opened in Simmeria, since I thought Simmeria needed one. It's owned by Kristianne Spits, one of my playable NPC's, and it's an idea I've had in my head for quite some time now.
