Marc is 52, Nuan is 47, Tika is 21 and Sya is 13

Nuan: My sister called me, to tell me that she got married. I had to sit down for a moment. I couldn't believe my ears! Fen got married?? I wished mom was still to witness this day!
I don't think it will be long before another member of the family gets married! When we're at home, she's constantly on the phone with her boyfriend.
He comes over a lot, she spend all her time with him. He's going to university, but with all the time he spends at our home, I don't know where he finds the time to study!
Before we knew it, he was spending the night! I can understand young love, but Marc isn't that understanding, he thinks she's too young, he's just a little bit overprotective I guess.
Fen's boy, Nio, also found love. The moment he became an adult, he moved out to live with her, a little bit too soon I think, but Fen doesn't care that much and just let him leave.
At the salon I'm doing fine. It's not bringing in loads of money, but it's good. Tika on the other hand is not doing that good. It's not that it's bad all of the time. At the begining of the day, everthing goes fine, but later she gets distracted a lot, and messes up! I need to give free make-overs to keep the customers happy!
We don't have much at Sya lately. She's constantly working on her skills. Personally I think she has more than enough skill points to qualify fot univesity, and that she needs to relax, but she doens't think so. The only time we can spend with her, is when we try to help her.
One day I caught her checking herself out in front of the mirror. I don't understand it, she never brings home friends, not even a boy, and I think she looks good. Soon she will leave for university, and I hope she will find someone there!
Some time later, it was Marc's birthday. It was also time to say goodbey to Sya, she was leaving for university. And of course the during last meal together, the conversation was about school!

Goofy is 40, Fen is 43, Nio is 14 and Tina is 4

Fen: Since dad died, I haven't opened the fitness center, there simply wasn't time, Tina took all of my free time, and lately I have been talking with Nio too.
We also placed a large order at Rai Arts, and they called us to tell us it was ready. I have to admit, that Berend-guy really is an amazing painter!
Than, one morning, Goofy surprised me, by getting on one knee and taking out a little box. It was so out of the blue! I never expected this. I also never expected to say yes, but, again to my surprise, I did!
There was no time to think about it too much, because I just decided to reopen the fitness center. I ordered some new equipment, and it was finally delivered. The customers really liked it.
Nio and Tina are doing fine too. I still don't spend much time with Nio, but he seems OK with it. He's constantly busy on the computer, chatting. When Goofy or I don't have the time to help Tina, he takes up on him to do that.
Soon, it was the big day. Goofy and I got married. We didn't go to the new church, instead with got married at the Town Square Chapel. I think we were the last ones to get married there, because it's going to be rebuild.
The day after the wedding, Nio asked me to talk with him. He wanted to discus his future. I really don't care what he does, but he insisted. He told me, he met some one on the internet, she lives in Upper SimsVille, and once he becomes an adult he wants to move in with her.
So, he did as he said. The moment he became an adult, he left. Goofy always spend more time with Nio, but he was also happy to finally have out little family. Tina on the other hand, was sad to see her brother leave.

Gradonni 1 - Round 5

Kürt is 45, Debby is 38 and Abby and Annie are 16

Annie: I can't wait to go to university. Soon Abby and I will leave, but we both will come back. Abby will stay here forever, and from what I'm seeing now I will be too. I don't have a boyfriend, and I really don't think I could ever leave here, forgood.
The boyfriend-thing is a work in progress though. Getting fitter is step one, plus it helps me to get those much needed skill points to qualify for university. The next step is getting out of the house, and I don't mean moving out, but going out. But dad needs our help in the greenhouse, and mom just can't stand the thought. Like I said a work in progress!
Mom is really obsessed about us leaving, she can't stand the idea of being alone! So to have some company she got 2 cats; Bonsai, the black one, and Aaltje, the other one. I think she's planning on breeding them too. I can't say I don't see her point, dad is always busy, so when Abby and I are gone, she will be kind of alone.
Dad got this new 'toy'. So when he's not working in the greenhouse, or in the shop, he's putting the vegetable into crates. No one else is allowed to thought the thing, but he seems to enjoy it, so we all just let him.
Since Abby and I both have been getting good grades, and have been working really hard to get into university, mom each got us a cell phone. I think she was also giving us small hint...
Despite the fact that dad is never in the house, he and mom seem to have a good relationship, one they are both happy with. One everyone wishes to have, including me. But as hard as I want a boyfriend, I don't want to settle right away.
So both, Abby and I gotten enought skill-points to qualify for university. The shop is also going fantastic and dad made enough money to send us both. So pretty soon, Abby and I will be young adults, studying to get to our dream!

Gunnar is 44, Frieda is 42, Françoise is 10 and Eleanora is 0

Gunnar: Ever since Eleonora was born, I've been starting to think of my boy. I still haven't told Frieda about him, and I don't think I ever will tell her. But I started wondering how he looks, I don't think I will reconize him when I see him. I always wished for a son, and I now have 2 daughters that I can claim, but no son.
And now Eleonora is a toddler, so I'm through with children. I know Frieda wanst another one, but I'm fine with 2, and this time I won't give in!!
Ever since Eleonora became a toddler, we have been opening the café more. I'm having the time of my life there! Last time our collegefriend, Ella, stopped by, and we sang a duet, all the customers loved it!
Frieda didn't like it to leave the girls with a nanny, but she was with me when we opened the café and she decided to stand by me. I've already allowed her to give up her job, to be more with the children, but I won't let her give up the café! By the way, the girls are doing fine!
In her free time, when I'm at work, and Eleonora is asleep, Frieda started wrinting books. She started her own series, "The adventures of Franelle". She puts all her free time in it.
Before we knew it, we had a teen in the house. I have to say, and not because I'm her father, but Françoise is looking amazing, I think I will have to keep the boys away very soon!
But soon is always too soon! One day when I came home from work, I found her in the front yard with a boy, and they were getting rather romantic!
When Eleonora grew up, I realized Françoise wasn't the only one I should worry about. Eleonora is looking pretty good herself too. Why is that the most romantic sims, become too overprotective when they have daughters!

Penninkmeijer 1 - Round 5

Frederik is 50, Bianca is 42, Catherine is 15, Jack and Lawrence are 10 and Gabriëlle and Laura are 3

Mini-update: Since there was nothing special in the Penninkmeijer household these 5 days, I decided to make this a mini-update.
Their 5 days started with the birth of the newest addiotion to the family. Theis 6th, and hopefully last child, is a boy, who they named Morgan.
Later that days there were 4 birthdays to celebrate. Jack and Lawrence became teens, and Laura and Gabriëlle had their 4th birthday, and became children.
The next day allready, was Morgans 1st birhtday. I took this picture of the 6 children together, so Berend Lillig can make a portriat of it.
Frederik reached his lifetime want and became a business tycoon. With the money of his promotion the family was able to pay their taxes and furnish 2 extra bathrooms! I think this family will one day become richt, but this day isn't here just yet, there isn't that much money left!
They were also able to buy a car, and make something of the garage.
Catherine is starting university next round, and they also didn't have to take a loan to pay for that.

Zanobi 1 - Round 5

Virginie is 57, Lucas and Sophie are 30

Lucas: Sophie isn't too happy about me, she wants to get married, but I just don't feel the need so hard as she does. Besided we have more than enough on our head now dad is dead!
And we have a baby comming! It's really busy these days. I'm constantly studying to reach the same cooking level as dad had, because we can't reopen the restaurant before I do, and Sophie keeps nagging me, and I just can't have it right now!
Then we had the baby. It's a girl and we named her Emma, because we weren't married she got Sophie's last name, so my daughter is namve Emma Mikkels. I think that is the only thing Sophie thinks is positive about not being married, she wanted her name to continue too.
Mom was thrilled about having a granddaughter. She had 2 boys of her own, and now she has a grandson and granddaughter. The only sad thing, she said, was that, since Emma doesn't carry the Zanobi name, she's can't run the restaurant, she thinks. She sais it's not what dad would have wanted!
With Emma becomming a toddler, mom's words made me think about having another child, this time a Zanobi. Sophie agreed on a second child, but added her condotion; she wants us to get married first!
And so we did. SimsVille recently had a church build, and Sophie and I were the first ones to get married there. Since Sophie wants to be the first in everything, I think this made her even more happy! Now we are Mr. and Mrs Zanobi!
After getting married, Sophie found out she was pregnant again. But before we could tell mom, she left us. I think she had a full life, but these last years, without dad, I saw she missed something in her life.
There wasn't much time to reflect things. With Sophie being pregnant, and constantly needing sleep, it fell on me to take care of Emma. To be honest, and I never thought I would say this, but I actually like being at home and taking care of her.
The times Sophie was awake, she spend with Emma. It gave me time to read up on that last cooking skill I need. We also decided to change Zanobi's a little bit. So when Sophie was with Emma, I went down there to do the changes. I can't wait to re-open!
But first we had Emma's 4th bithday. Now we are still waiting to re-open because Sophie can't come, so we will need to wait for the second one to be born. After that we will be back in business!

Rai 1 - Round 5

Berend is 45, Ella is 42 and Madeleine is 7

Ella: I'm so glad we finally bought a house. And since we live next to my university friends, Frieda and Gunnar, and they have a daughter the same age as Maddy, I hope they will become friends.
Berend wasn't too willing on buying, but when Maddy thankend him for her big room, and the nice house, I think he started thinking differently.
Rai Arts is doing fine as well, I've reached a level 4 now, and the customers keep comming back for more!
Berend's job on the other hand, isn't going too well, he lost §20.000 one day, with only making a stupid decision! The next 3 days he didn't have to go to work, so he didn't had a chance to make it up. Since he's painting the orders for Rai Arts, he focussed on that those 3 days.
After, yet another upgrade from the shop, now level 5, and earning the money-price of §20.000, and using all my stock, I also decided to stay home, and craft some more. It seems like hand made pots, and portrets are a huge hit! We got more and more orders for paintings, Berend is now working on an order for Fen Mishoen, she ordered 5 paintings!
Since I want Maddy to take over the shop one day, we encourage her as much as we can to work on her painting skills. She seems to like it very much. Her first painting we hang on the wall in the study/craft room, as a compliment to her.
The night after Maddy's 11th birthday, Berend and I had a long talk, about having another child, and decided not to have another one. Maddy now is a teen, and we still want to give all our attention to her. But we also agreed on going out more, and meeting other sims. Staying in, was never our cup of tea!

Note: I LOVE their house! It's one of my own creations, and I absolutly love it, every single bit of it! A large master bedroom, a nice bedroom for Maddy, a study where I put all the crafting things, 2 bathrooms, large livingroom and kitchen and even space to add an extra room to the house! I even love the way I decorated it!
