On the other side of the road are some rental buildings:

Dex Homes: Currently only the Young family is living here
Trailer Parc (no picture): currently only the Draper family is living here

Hammie Appartmetns: currently inhabiting 3 families; the Zanobi family, the Rai family and the Roque Family

On the back side of the Town Square you have the Town Square Chapel
Next to the Chapel is the Mishoen Fitness Center
And at the other end is Zanobi's
At the other side of the street are 4 small community lots:

First is La Fleur
Then you have Mishoen Cosmetics
Next to Mishoen Cosmetics is a small Play ground (no picture)
And next to the Play ground is Toys 'n joys

At the side of the center square are 2 more community lots:
On the left side is the cemmetary (no picture)
On the right side is the Parc

Farmers Road is on the one uninhabited, but on the other side of the road live the Gradonni Family

The Mishoen Family - Forest Lane 2 - Day 1 - 5

Marc Mishoen - Adult - 32 years old - Fortune - The Law
Nuan Mishoen - Adult - 28 years old - Fortune - Hand of Poseidon
Tika Mishoen - Toddler - 1 yeard old

Nuan: Marc and I desided to move away with my parents, but instead of staying with them, we bought a nice house right next door to them. It's a nice spacious house, but we still need to do some payments. I also bought my shop, some more payments we need to do. Marc could keep his jos, wich means a lot of traveling for him. The first day we didn't go to work. I called mom and Marc and I played with Tika a lot.
But after that it was time for the real life. Marc went to work, and I had to open my shop. We hired a nanny for the time I had to go, so Tika wasn't alone. The shop is a lot of fun. I meet a lot of new sims, and they really seem to like my work too.
After Marc's first day back at work, we allready had to furnish the study, because he got a promotion. Well, you can't really call it furnished, there is only a chess table and 2 chairs, but it allready looks nice. I just wished we could have saved some money.
Then it was time to celebrate Tika's 5th birthday. We wanted to invite mom and dad, but there was a situation with Fen, and they stayed home to help her. It seems like Fen is a wreck ever since she got dumped and left pregnant.
The last day in the shop, wasn't a great succes. I mean in the beginning it was good, no mistakes or anything. But at the end of the day I felt so tired, I made a lot of mistakes. I totally screwed up one guy's face, and when I wanted to fix it by giving him a free make-over, I even made it worse!
There was no need to stay in the shop, so I went home, only to find out I was expecting our second child. We were trying for another one, but we didn't expect it to be this soon. Mom called today too, to tell thay Fen had her baby, it's a boy, I hope she will feel beter now, if not I'm stopping by next week, we always had a good band.

The Mishoen Family - Forest Lane 1 - Day 1-5

Fen Mishoen - Adult - 23 years old - Romance - Woohoo 20 sims

Lin-Mei: I love our new house, but I miss having my kids around although I'm not a family-sim. Nuan and Fen were always around, but since we moved here, Nuan and her husband and child, moved to their own house, next door, so I call them every day.
Fen still lives with us, and I think she will stay with us too, since she helps her dad running Mishoen Fitness Center. I don't know if she ever will get married, she used to have a lot of boyfriends when she was still at school, and she doesn't seem to want to settle any day soon.
Fen mostly spends time with her dad, she always was more of a daddy's girl, it makes me miss Nuan even more, since she was mostly a mommy's girl. I spend most of my time reading up my skills.
So Fen finally found someone. His name is Gunnaar, she met him in a bar, if I heard correctly he's the owner. I hope this can grow out to be something beautifull, I really want her to be happy, and I want some more grandchildren.
The fitness center is doing OK, it's not great, and it doesn't bring in a lot of money, but it brings in some. Fen and Gruns are there almost every day, but it just doesn't seem to be enough. I haven't talked to Gruns about it yet, we'll see how it goes, but I don't want to spoil his dream, at least it brings in some money!
And I still have my job, and I'm not bad in it. I bring in enought money to pay the bills. I even got a promotion, and now I'm learning to get another one very soon, to get even more money, and to reach my goal of course; max out a lot of skills!
Fens boyfriend stayed the night, the next morning when I went to work, I caught him sniffing our flowers in the front of the house. He's really a strange boy, but I gues he makes Fen happy.
Fen found out she's pregnant. And the moment she told that Gunnar-boy, he said he never wanted to see her again, that this wasn't his plan. I got so furious with him, the next time I see him, I will definatly kick his ass!!!
So instead of skilling, I'm sewing a blanket for the nurserey, wich I love doing too, after all, it's a little bit of skilling too.
Meet our newest addition to the family, Nio Mishoen. Our firts grandson. Fen called Gunnar to tell him he has a son, and he didn't even came to see him, he only asked her to never call him again.
Since Gunnar doesn't want anything to do with Fen or Nio, Gruns and I will be helping her. She will be staying here for sure, and we will help raise Nio. I just hope Fen will find a man soon, who will accept Nio as his child and help her raise him.

The Gradonni Family - Farmers Road - Day 1-5

Debby: I'm so happy to have found Kürt. I know he's older than I am, but I can't help it, he's the love of my life. Kürt inherited some money from his partents, and with that we bought this house and the market.

At the market we will be selling fresh fruits and vegetables as well as fresh fish and home-made dishes, cooked with fresh ingridients. But for now we won't be opening. We need to plant the vegetables first, and harvest them of course. Kürt is really busy with this all.
I wished I could help out more, but I have been feeling sick lately, and I couldn't stand on my feet for too long.
We soon found I why I wasn't feeling well, I'm pregnant! I can't hardly wait for the baby to be here! Since I don't feel so sick anymore, I mostly focus on fishing. It will soon be winter, and then the pond will be frozen, so we will need to fish as much as possible. Kürt in the mean time is focussing in growing his vegetables.
Soon after finding out I was pregnant, our family was expanded, and we welcomed Abby and Annie in our family. Yes, I got twins; two girls, and they are the sweetest things ever (but I gues every mother thinks that about her children).
After the girls were born, Kürt and I were able to spend more time together, well not much. We only have breakfast together, after that we each go our seperate way. He goes to the greenhouse, and I take care of the girls and after that I go to the pond.
Soon, very soon, it was time to celebrate the girls' first birthday. I can't believe they are toddlers allready! I want more children soon, but Kürt wants to get the business started soon, and maybe he's right, we'll see, let me just enjoy this ones for now!
